I like to say that happiness is not the only thing we need in life. We also need sadness, we also need frustration, we also need anger and we need to allow ourselves to feel every single emotion.

    Ask yourself what is the most important thing to you in life. Many of us don’t hesitate to spend thousands on a car. But how much do you spend on your health? How much do you invest in it?

    Happiness is all about equilibrium and wellness. Happiness emanates from putting foods in your body with live enzymes, high in phytonutrients (blueberries, cranberries, broccoli) and high in phytochemicals (artichokes, spinach, tomatoes).

    Health is wealth. Your peace of mind is the highest form of wealth.

    How many of us are stressing ourselves out every single day? The more stressed you are, even if you have money, you don’t enjoy it. If you don’t have freedom, you don’t have health. Health is all about being able to choose the best for yourself because you see that you are worthy.

    Health is about moving into your body. Creating time to do yoga or go for a run every single day. Moving into your body makes you smarter, wiser, it makes you trust yourself, it builds confidence.

    Ask yourself, “is your life your own or are you helping build someone else’s?

    Community is about a common bond, a common belief system, a common knowing. Together we create something phenomenal and a lot of energy generates from that.

    When you form a community, your core values are in alignment with everyone else in the community. That is incredibly powerful because you can do so much more together.
