Whatever you do at night, it serves as a catalyst to what you experience the following morning. By waking up early, you have much more time to do whatever you want.

  2. Drink water and lemon

    It replenishes you. It rehydrates you. It gives you more health. Your digestion improves. You feel empty inside, and that’s a great way to start the day because too many people are full of so much junk and toxins. Vitamin C boosts your immune system, it gives you more confidence and a greater self-esteem, more vitality, more clarity.

  3. Move your body

    Stretch your body as soon as you get up. Do yoga. Yoga is a union between the body, the heart and the mind. By moving your body you let go of the future and you step into the power of now. It unblocks the energy within you.

  4. Go outside

    Go skating, run, breath some fresh hair, go in nature. This allows you to step into yourself. To many people get disconnected from nature, therefore they become disconnected from themselves. Nature tunes us.

  5. No technology

    Don’t connect to technology while you do all the steps before. No mobile phone, no internet, no emails. All of that distracts you from what is really important.

  6. Daily Motivation

    It’s now time to motivate yourself. Read, watch an inspiring video and overall surround yourself with pure inspiration. Surround yourself with people who remind you who you are. Send a message, first thing in the day, to someone you care about. By exchanging love, it help you have a better day. Daily motivation keeps you grounded.

  7. Radical Action

    Make your goals a reality. Become your greatest version. Overcome your fears. No hesitation, no waiting, just do it.

By constantly waking up early and with more energy you will start seeing the link in letting go of anxiety and depression.
